Stay in town just steps from Crescent Beach and less than a block from the Old Harbor ferry landing. This conveniently located two bedroom apartment is perched above the Old Post Office Bagel Shop on the corner of historic Bridgegate Square in Old Harbor with one full bath and one half bath.
Enjoy your own full kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator or walk to the many wonderful restaurants just minutes away on foot.
Each of the two air conditioned bedrooms have one queen and one twin bed. The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area with high ceilings and ceiling fans throughout. The living area does not have A/C. For families who prefer to spread out there is a small pull out sofa in the living room. Bed linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Other amenities include Wifi, flat screen TV, access to washer & dryer, parking (unreserved), trash pick up, cleaning and complimentary beach chairs. Please keep in mind that internet is unreliable on Block Island. If you are depending on internet during your time here the library offers the best connection. Refunds are not permitted for internet related issues.
We require a 100% deposit on a Visa or Master Card or American Express for all reservations. Please note: While we normally request a 50% deposit, we have changed our deposit policy in an effort to reduce in-person contact on arrival due to the Covid-19 virus. Rentals will not include daily housekeeping for the 2020 season in an effort to reduce contact with our team. If you require trash pick up or fresh towels during your stay please contact our front desk office for the new protocol.
This property allows a maximum of six guests regardless of age. Smoking and pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Pack and plays are available with advanced notice upon request. Discounts are offered for extended stays of seven nights or more. A security deposit of $300 will be charged to the account on file at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable on departure day as long as the maximum capacity is not exceeded, smoking, pets, damage, or loud disturbances have not been discovered.
