The Water Street Suites are located behind the Water Street Inn convenient walking to the shops, restaurants and beaches. These suites are each equipped with a pull-out sofa, Direct TV, A/C, private bath, and either one or two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Two of the seven units are equipped with a stove for full cooking, while the remaining five have kitchenettes. The Water Street Suites are the perfect choice for families in a central location. Guests of the Water Street Suites may take advantage of the following complimentary amenities:  Indoor bike storage beneath the Harborside Inn (right next door). Luggage storage in the lobby of the Harborside Inn available prior to check-in 4 pm or after checking out 11 am. Beach towels are available with a deposit. The Water Street Suites have no private parking on the premises for vehicles. Due to the down town location a car is not needed nor recommended. Please keep in mind that the internet is unreliable on Block Island. If you are depending on internet during your time here the library offers the best connection.

This nonsmoking and pet free property is owner occupied. Loud gatherings and unregistered guests are not permitted. For groups renting these suites a security deposit will be due at check-in. This security will be fully refundable on your departure day as long as there is no damage, smoking, noise complaints or overloading of guests.  The Water Street Suites have a strict maximum capacity rule.







There will be a $200 security deposit per suite charged to the credit card on file at check-in for the Water Street Suites. This security deposit will be fully refundable on departure day as long as there is no damage, the maximum capacity is not exceeded, and there is no excessive noise disrupting other guest’s stay.

A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.

We require a 100% deposit on a Visa or Master Card or American Express for all reservations. Please note:  While we normally request a 50% deposit, we have changed our deposit policy in an effort to reduce in-person contact on arrival due to the Covid-19 virus. Rentals will not include daily housekeeping for the 2020 season in an effort to reduce contact with our team. If you require trash pick up or fresh towels during your stay please contact our front desk office for a new protocol

We are amending our cancelation policies for hotel rooms, guest rooms and suites. We will require only one day's notice to cancel and receive your payment back less than the $25 administrative fee. While we normally require six days' notice to issue a refund for a reservation, we understand that in these uncertain times, changes may need to be made with less notice. We want to reiterate that if you are feeling ill at all, please postpone your visit to Block Island for your safety and ours. If you would like to cancel, please contact our office either by email or by phone no later than 3 pm the day before you are scheduled to arrive. Within 24 hours of your check-in time, refunds will not be issued. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Rates are per night and do not include tax of 13%. There is a two-night minimum stay at the weekend rate & three nights minimum on holiday weekends. There will be a 15% discount if rented for 7 or more nights. All posted rates are subject to change at any time.
