See route

Black Rock Beach is a natural beach that offers stunning views and is great for biking, hiking, and surfing but is not accessible by car and is not the best beach for sunning. The beach gets its name after a large black rock hidden beneath 20 feet of water, historically destroying numerous ships.

Black Rock is the endpoint of some of Rodman’s Hollow conservation trails. Be cautious when swimming here. The surf can be rough.
