Low Season Artist Projects is an artist-run residency program partnering with the Block Island Arts Council and the Old Town Inn. The residency promotes community interaction through lectures and workshops for island residents. It provides time and space for visiting artists to engage with the history, landscape and ecology of Block Island during the low season.
