Before the Forum

• For the best experience, install the Zoom app in advance, though it is not required.

• Join 10–15 minutes early to test your connection.

Joining from a Computer

1. Click the following link: www.bira02807.org/webinar

2. Select Join from Browser or Open Zoom.

3. Enter your name if prompted.

4. You will automatically join the webinar audience.

Joining from a Smartphone or Tablet

1. Download the Zoom Workplace app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Scan the QR code in our ads and flyers or click the following link: www.bira02807.org/webinar

3. The Zoom app will launch automatically.

4. If prompted, enter your name and tap Join Webinar.

Participating During the Forum

• Audience members will be in listen-only mode.

• Your microphone and camera will not be visible to other attendees.

• To ask a question, select the Q&A button in Zoom and type your question. On phones and tablets, tap the Q&A icon at the bottom of the screen to submit a question.

• Questions will be moderated and addressed after the presentation, as time permits
