Our experienced culinary team crafts the most succulent dishes, using harvested fruits and vegetables from our own garden. With the Atlantic Ocean and rolling hills of Block Island as a beautiful backdrop, the Spring House Hotel is the perfect place to enjoy some of the best dishes on the island.
Our menus include the freshest fish and local meats, poultry, and cheeses and are complimented by an extensive wine list and an assortment of hand-crafted cocktails.
The Spring House Hotel Bistro is one of Block Island's most popular eateries. We serve our Bistro menu seven days a week from 6pm-10pm. The menu is seasonally inspired and suited to everyone’s tastes.
Whether it is fresh, local Atlantic seafood, Spring House farm-grown vegetables, or decadent Neapolitan-style brick oven pizzas, we have it all in the Bistro.
Bistro reservations are accepted only in our off-season (April-June). In high season, the Bistro is first-come, first-served. This menu is offered in either our elegant Victoria's Parlor or on our front porch, weather permitting.
