Block Island Health Center

The Block Island Health Center is a primary care facility offering community health services, urgent care, and emergency care. Through our in-house providers, partnerships with visiting specialists, and a mainland referral network, BIHC helps ensure the health, safety, and well-being of island residents and visitors.

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Saturday (June-August) 9:00am-1:00pm

 

Please be aware that we are, first and foremost, a primary care facility. We ask that you please call the Health Center for an appointment at (401)-466-2974 during regular business hours. 

 

For after-hour needs, it is necessary to call (401)-466-3220 to be triaged for further guidance or 911 for emergencies. 

 

Please do not arrive at The Health Center without calling the appropriate phone number.
