Aldo’s Moped and Bikes is the oldest operating rental shop located on Block Island, Rhode Island. Since opening our doors to tourists in June of 1976 as a small bicycle rental shop in the Old Harbor district of Block Island we’ve grown, we adding mopeds to the fleet in1982, then later opened another location at The Block Island Boat Basin.
We are proud to offer a modern fleet of Mopeds and Bicycles. “We love to keep our customers happy, busy, and most importantly, safe!” advises co-owner Leone Leone who rolled out his first bicycle in 1976. “Safety is our main priority. We pride ourselves in offering the best of training for first-time moped riders.” Come and enjoy our beautiful island in the best way possible! Our location closest to the ferry is near Chapel Sweets and Aldo's restaurant, we have mopeds, bikes, and Jeeps for rent at reasonable rates.
