With 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this house accommodates 15 people comfortably. Hang out and entertain in the large workable kitchen, side pantry and large dining room. Everyone has a seat in this dining room with room for 15 people to reminisce and laugh about their Block Island Day. This house also has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off at the end of your beach day.

Located off of Payne Farm Road, which is a great road to walk or run, on Sand’s Pond Road. This sizable farm-style rental home is off the beaten path with a substantial front porch and yard. Entertain everyone inside and outside!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, this house is Pet Friendly, so your favorite furry friend can be on the Island with you and also enjoy all that this house has to offer.

The cleaning fee of $350 includes cleaning on departure, linens, garbage removal & beach towels.  Daily housekeeping is not included. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 King, 1 queen set of sheets, & 5 twin sets of sheets, & 1 queen set for the pull-out, 15 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 15 beach towels.  If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact us to arrange at an extra expense.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island, we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.

Please note that mapping coordinates may not be accurate. We will provide specific directions at check-in. 

*$350 Cleaning fee will be charged at check-in for your departure cleaning service. $500 security deposit is refundable on departure as long as there is no damage, smoking on the premises, overloading of guests (15 max), or excessive cleaning needed. Please notify our office if you plan to bring a dog. Tenants are fully responsible for cleaning up after the dog in the yard. We ask that your pet be crated if you are leaving him/her unattended in the home. 

Cancellation Policy at Lynns Way: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking on a credit card. In the event that you decide to cancel, refunds are only issued if we are able to fully re-book your stay to another guest.  Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures under any circumstances including weather, family emergencies, and travel mix-ups. 

*Please note that this property does not allow Sunday as an arrival or departure day. There is a three-night minimum stay requirement at Lynn's Way unless we have a gap between two other existing reservations.
