This five bedroom house has ocean views and sleeps 10 guests maximum. Marchesi House is located off of Spring Street about 1.5 miles from town (Old Harbor).
The main level has a tasteful kitchen opens to the living and dining area with tall ceilings and hardwood floors. There are sliding doors that go out to the spacious deck from the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is also located on the main level. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen area and another off of the master bedroom.
The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Also on the lower, ground level there is a second living space.
The third floor offers a fourth bathroom and three bedrooms. There are two twins in one bedroom and 1 double bed in each of the other two bedrooms.
This house offers Wifi, an outside shower, nice yard and beautiful views from the large deck. Please note that Wifi on Block Island is not comparable to mainland Wifi and connection may be limited at times. If you are depending on the internet during your stay the Island Free Library offers the best connection. Refunds are not permitted for internet related issues. There is no cable TV at the Marchesi House.
A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be added to each reservation. The cleaning fee may be more depending on the amount of time needed to clean upon guest check out. There are a linen and bath towel fee of $75 per rental as well. The security deposit of $500 will be due at check-in on a credit card.
Restrictions: Pets and smoking are not permitted. The rental rate does not include cleaning service, trash pick up, bed linens, or bath towels. The minimum cleaning fee will be $250 for this five-bedroom home. Linen and bath towel fee is $75. Deposit is due in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellations, deposits are only refundable if your vacation time is completely re-booked less than our $25 administrative fee. We require a security deposit due at check-in on a credit card in the amount of $500. This security deposit is refundable as long as there are no additional guests, damage smoking, or extensive cleaning required.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.
