Walk from the ferry, drop your gear; take a walk on the beach, eat at your favorite restaurant, check out the shops or just sit and relax on the sizable wrap around deck and engage in a bird's eye view of everyone and everything. This front third story penthouse offers you 768 square feet of living and has two bedrooms each furnished with one queen bed and two ensuite bathrooms.

The open spacious floor plan includes a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a pull-out sofa in the living space for up to six guests. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, A/C and Direct TV. Due to the close proximity to night venues please be advised that noise from these businesses may be heard. Captain Nick’s is right next door and Poor Peoples Pub is located on the ground level of this building.

The Ocean View Penthouse will allow a well behaved dog with an additional security deposit of $200. Your pet may not be left unattended in the unit unless crated. Please notify our office if you plan to bring your dog and ask for additional pet requirements. This condominium is no hassle luxury; just arrive and have fun!

Cancellation Policy: The deposit for this rental is only refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, in the event that your rental time is fully rebooked. We regret that refunds may not be issued for early departures or late arrivals. Changes to a reservation may not be made within six days of arrival.

This rental requires a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on a holiday weekend. There will be a 15% discount if rented for 7 or more nights. We require a 100% deposit on a Visa or Master Card or American Express to secure your reservation. Please note:  While we normally request a 50% deposit, we have changed our deposit policy in an effort to reduce in person contact on arrival due to the Covid-19 virus.

Rentals will not include daily housekeeping for the 2020 season in an effort to reduce contact with our team. If you require trash pick up or fresh towels during your stay please contact our front desk office for new protocol. Guests of the Ocean View Penthouse check-in at the Harborside Inn, directly across the street from the Old Harbor ferry landing first. We offer luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.

A $300 security deposit will also be due on a credit card upon arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable on departure as long as there are no additional guests, noise issues caused by tenants or guests, smoking or damage to the property.
