Fieldstone House is located one mile from town (Old Harbor) and beaches on Beacon Hill Road.
This four bedroom, two and half bath house can accommodate a party of eight comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed and the fourth has two twin beds. All are on the second level. One of the spacious queen bedrooms has a private bath. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor. The living area is spacious with flat screen Direct TV. A convenient half bath is located between the living and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, stove, and plenty of dishes and cookware to make preparing meals at home convenient. Amenities include wifi, outside shower, washing machine, dryer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave & blender. Bed linens and bath towels will be included with your rental. We ask that tenants be respectful of the tenants who reside in a separate cottage on the property. Please keep in mind that internet is unreliable on Block Island. If you are depending on internet during your time here the library offers the best connection. Refunds are not issued for internet related issues.
A spacious yard and deck allow for outdoor enjoyment for your family. The deck is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. Parking for two cars is available at the Fieldstone House. If you are planning to bring a car please reserve your space well in advance on the ferry from Point Judith, RI. The number is 401-783-4613 for ferry reservations.
This property will accept a well behaved dog with an additional security deposit. In the event that you plan to bring your dog, please be sure to also bring a note from your vet stating that your pet is on flea medication. Pets may not be left alone in the house unless crated.
Daily housekeeping will not be included with your rental. In an effort to reduce contact with our team, we ask that you call our office if you require trash pick up during your stay.
If you book your reservation online and plan to bring a pet, please call or email our office as well to inform of the pet details.
Cancellation policy: A weekly rental at the Fieldstone House requires a full 100% deposit on a credit card at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel, reservations are only refundable if your time is rebooked fully. If we are able to rebook your time at the Fieldstone House your deposit will be refundable less a $25 administrative fee. We regret that refunds are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures under any circumstances. We are unable to issue refunds for uncooperative weather or for family emergencies.
A security deposit in the amount of $300 will be due on a credit card, at check in time. This deposit will be fully refundable as long as there are no additional guests, damage, and property policies are followed.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.
