This quaint summer cottage is located off of Payne Road in a quiet residential area under a mile from town and beaches. The Torrey Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two twins for a maximum of four guests.
There is a full kitchen (no dishwasher), living area with TV, one bathroom and an outside shower. Enjoy summer to it’s fullest while grilling on the deck after a beautiful Block Island beach day!
To reserve a week at the Torrey Cottage full payment is required at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, only if we are able to re-book your full vacation time in this rental to another guest.
Bed linens and bath towels are included with this rental as well as cleaning on departure. There will be no daily housekeeping for the cottage.
Check-in time is 4 pm at the Harborside Inn front desk (directly across from the Old Harbor Ferry landing). We will provide you with directions on arrival. Check out time is 11 am.
We have a luggage storage area if you arrive before check-in time, or would like to store your belongings after check out. Smoking is not permitted at the Torrey Cottage. We ask that guests be respectful of the property owners who reside in the main house located on the property.
