Vaill Beach is a natural beach located at the bottom of Snake Hole Road. To get to Vail Beach, you must walk down a steep, sometimes slippery trail accessible to the left at the end of Snake Hole Road. Walk beyond 50 yards of rocky terrain.
Surfing is popular at Vail Beach since the surf can be heavy. Be mindful there are some rocks in the shallows. Depending on winter storms, Vail Beach can be either rocky or covered with soft fine sand in the summer.
